Did your child skip crawling?
Many babies skip crawling and go straight to walking—but crawling plays an important role in early development.
Crawling helps strengthen eye tracking, eye teaming, coordination, body awareness, and communication between the right and left sides of the brain. These foundational skills support reading, learning, attention, and overall development as children grow.
If your child skipped crawling, struggles with reading, has difficulty focusing, seems clumsy, or tires easily during schoolwork, it may be worth taking a closer look at the visual and developmental skills that support learning.
Vision is about more than seeing 20/20. It’s about how the eyes and brain work together.
