Position, shape, and one thing a breast lift doesn't do.
A breast lift (mastopexy) raises and reshapes the breasts by removing excess skin and adjusting the supporting tissue. It can also reposition the ni**le and ar**la. Its main focus is breast position and shape.
A lift alone doesn't substantially add volume. If more fullness is part of your goal, that deserves its own conversation with Dr. Rau.
