Through immersive storytelling and collaborative gameplay, participants will practice essential skills like communication, collaboration, and community building in a supportive environment. Led by an experienced therapist, each session provides a safe space for teens to explore their thoughts and emotions, develop coping strategies, and foster self-confidence. As they embark on epic adventures together, forming bonds of friendship and mutual support, they’ll not only conquer challenges within the game but also gain valuable insights and tools for navigating social situations in their everyday lives.
