SHINE YOUR LIGHT ✨

Join us for Summer Solstice on the SLC Rooftop! Harness the power of the sun, and honor your inner illumination. Solstice in an invitation to shine bright, live authentically, and recommit to your purpose.
We’ll meet on the SCP rooftop at 8am to pause, breathe (meditation and pranayama), and move through 108 Sun Salutations. Salutations will be offered in sections and in the spirit of effort and ease. You will have time to pause and honor yourself throughout. ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME.

Afterward, we’ll head to Love Bird for refreshments then settle into a guided Yoga Nidra. We’ll close our time by creating intention bundles infused with your personal intention to carry with you into the season ahead.

Join Love Bird Yoga to honor the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year and a turning of wheel. The solstice calls forth illumination, vitality, and expansion and invites us to shine bright and let our light be known. 🕯️

Together we’ll welcome the warmth of summer with community, intention, movement, nourishment, and creativity - all to honor the light.

🙌 Welcome Erin to the Healing Space 🙌

Erin Wanamaker, LMT is now offering massage Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at Love Bird. Erin is a Redmond local returning to her roots and community!

Using a unique blend of myofascial release and Swedish techniques, Erin focuses on letting the body guide the session through both deep and subtle layers. Erin aims to release areas of restriction that may be contributing to discomfort by working with specific muscles and lines of fascial tension. Her practice provides a slow and deeply relaxing experience, while catering to the specific needs of each individual. She hopes to collaborate with clients to increase bodily awareness, relieve pain, and facilitate lasting healing
