Pregnancy is not the time to stop moving—it's the time to move with intention. You don't need perfect workouts or an intense routine. Consistent walks, strength training with modifications, prenatal yoga, and simple mobility work can all help support your body as it changes.

One thing I remind moms often: focus on what you can do, not what you used to do. Your body is doing something incredible, and your movement routine should support that, not compete with it.

For years, our mission at Eastside Ideal Health has been to help active people move better, recover smarter, and perform at their best, whether that’s on the field, in the gym, on the trail, or in everyday life.

This opportunity is a reflection of the work Dr. Ben has dedicated to serving athletes of all levels, from weekend warriors and CrossFit athletes to some of the highest-performing competitors in the region.
