The last thing we think we need when we’re feeling stuck is to become more still, but what if that’s our greatest need?

Stuckness is a subconscious tug of war in which our mind is exerting exhausting amounts of energy despite things seeming still.

Accessing true stillness through things like breathwork, mindful meditation and my favorite—hypnotherapy, alleviates this intense push pull dynamic and sets the stage for empowered action and productivity.

You don’t have to stay stuck forever. If you’re ready to learn how my 1:1 hypnotherapy sessions via Zoom can help you supercharge your progress, DM me “HYPNO” and let’s schedule a time for a free consult to discuss your goals today!

I have found that forgiveness comes easier when we consider that others’ poor behavior is rooted in emotional wounds that were inflicted long ago, and that they are acting out from a wounded inner child.

To be clear, this doesn’t mean we should bypass our anger, frustration and pain that may come in the wake of someone’s poor behavior, but that there is peace in practicing the perspective of seeing others as wounded children unconsciously trying to stay safe.

We can also apply this to self-forgiveness—which I reckon is the deepest and most impactful form of forgiveness we can experience.

A very successful person once told me that, when growing up, his parents would always tell him and his siblings to “make a good day” instead of “have a good day”.

This stuck with me.

The idea of “have a good day” is passive and ambiguous, and often is accompanied by a sense of powerlessness to external circumstances.

That’s why I love the idea of making a good day.

It helps to program our mind to see where we can consciously direct our focus and action in a way that supports desired outcomes.

So my challenge to you is to make good days— and if that feels too overwhelming, make a good next five minutes.

I’ve spoken to so many people who have crystal clear memories of being hurt by someone decades after the fact.

Our painful memories hold a certain type of gravity, which causes us to replay them and ruminate on them in a subconscious effort to resolve them.

It can also be the case that the mind suppresses or dissociates from painful memories as a coping mechanism, too.

I encourage you to examine your tendency to revisit the past in a painful way and see it as an opportunity for deeper emotional healing and integration.

If you can tap into the deep peace and ease in mind and body that would come with having everything you want in life, then you’re already right where you need to be to create everything you want in life.

Practice peace.

Practice “having it all”.

Because whenever you do, you are programming your consciousness for more of the same.

My challenge to you is to spend at least 15 minutes a day in the state of “having it all”, and watch how good life can get.

It’s often much easier for us to adopt a conscious perspective around others’ challenges as opposed to our own.

This is exactly why it can be so powerful for us to ask ourselves “what would I want for my child (or another loved one) to do if they were in my shoes?”.

I’ve found that the answer to this question can help us to quickly align with a more conscious perspective based in love as opposed to fear or self-punishment.

This is a powerful one—try it out and let me know how it works.

Our negative thoughts can often seem like an inescapable prison we carry with us wherever we go.

This is why it can be so life-changing to make the simple and profound shift of moving our awareness outside of our the negative thoughts.

Meeting our thoughts with gentle acceptance or compassion (instead of trying to battle or resign ourselves to negative thinking) effectively starts to alchemize negative mental energy.

Try out these prompts and let me know what you think!

Test your subconscious mind

One of the fundamental wounds of the human psyche is our belief that we are unworthy.

In 14 years of diving deep into the subconscious mind of thousands of clients, I can definitively say that most of our issues are ultimately rooted in a feeling of unworthiness or not enoughness.

To heal, we must question where we’re drawing the conclusion, however subconsciously, that we are not good enough here and now.

Cultivating worthiness and enoughness is not about seeing ourselves as “good” or “right”, but loosening the resistance we have towards ourselves and giving ourselves the grace to evolve into something more.

If you’re ready to learn how my 1:1 hypnotherapy container can help you release the grip of the unworthiness and negative self-image keeping you stuck, DM me “HYPNO” to set up a free consultation to discuss your goals today.
