ShapeShift Pilates Studio ShapeShift Pilates opened in 1987 and has been in the South Bay since 1993. We have a full Pilates Gyrotoinic principles are based on yoga, swimming and dance.

ShapeShift Pilates is located on the Northeast corner of Knob Hill and PCH, four blocks from the ocean. Our services include Pilates private and semi-private sessions and group reformer classes. We have instructors who specialize in rehabilitation as well as for the more athletic. We also offer Gyrotonic private sessions as well as three-person group classes. Pilates and Gyrotonic are complementar

y forms of movement. Our other services include ShapeShift Head and Neck Release and Ki Hara Active Resistance Stretching with Jamie Nelson. We have a fitness store called Raw To Runway (see www.rawtorunway.com) and we offer Pilates Teacher Training. All sessions are done by appointment. Call 310-378-4455 to set up a time. We offer reduced rate introductory sessions in both Pilates and Gyrotonic.
