The SAGE Oncotest™ is designed for patients with solid tumors who are considering chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or other systemic treatment options. The process begins with a complimentary consultation to determine eligibility, followed by coordination with a patient's physician and healthcare team to facilitate collection and shipment of a fresh tumor tissue specimen obtained during a planned surgery or biopsy. Throughout the process, SageMedic works closely with physicians, pathology departments, and healthcare providers to coordinate specimen collection, laboratory testing, and timely reporting. The SAGE Oncotest™ report provides functional laboratory data that physicians may use alongside clinical, molecular, and pathological information when developing an individualized treatment plan.
