.ashleyizumi and brought a group of women together for one reason: to lift heavy and lift smarter. What came out of it was more than technique. It was the kind of confidence that happens when someone finally understands how their body is supposed to move.

Deadlifts shouldn’t feel like survival. When you find your pressure, own your tension, and let your hips do their job, everything changes. And when you pick up something you never thought you could? That’s not just strength. That’s proof.

This is what our Performance Coaches do. They don’t just teach movement; they change how you think about what you’re capable of.

has been a licensed esthetician for over 20 years. Her hands are her livelihood — and at 25, a wrist injury almost took that from her.

After their conversation, ._jmorept and .joeysalgado took a closer look, starting with how breath mechanics, hamstring control, and pelvic alignment work together to build the kind of stability her body depends on.

Every business owner needs a down regulation skill set. The ability to decompress the body is just as important as the work itself.

TJ coaches taekwondo athletes for a living, including national team members and Olympians. And since he’s the one holding the pads, his body is absorbing every blow.

After their conversation, ._jmorept and .joeysalgado took a closer look and showed how breath mechanics regulate the nervous system — unlocking more range, more control, and more output. Then returned the favor with a few taekwondo fundamentals of his own 🥋

This is what Table Talks is about: we step into your world, and share ours too.

If you absorb impact, run the show, and skip your own warm-up like TJ, you deserve someone who checks in on the body behind the business, too.

A lot of people avoid training because they think their body is too broken to handle it. But here’s what we see every day at PM: your body’s not broken, you’ve just never been shown how to work WITH it instead of against it.

Pain doesn’t mean stop. It means adjust. And when you have someone who actually understands how to meet you where you are? Movement becomes possible again.

If this resonates, send us a DM. Let’s talk about how we can get you moving better this year!

It’s not always PRs, transformations, or before-and-after photos. Sometimes it’s just being able to pick up your kid without wincing, squatting down to their level and standing back up without thinking about it, or playing on the floor without worrying about how you’ll get back up.

These are the movements that matter for longevity.

Because mobility isn’t just about flexibility or range of motion. It’s about being able to move through your life without pain or limitation.

From getting down on the ground and back up with ease, carrying groceries, lifting things, bending, reaching, twisting — all the movements you do every single day.

When you can do those things without pain, without hesitation, without your body demanding all your attention? That’s progress. And that’s what we build here: strength and mobility for the long haul 💪

👉 Save this if you needed the reminder that the small wins matter.

Breaker. B-boy. Movement artist.kxfenz has been spinning, flipping, and dancing for 15+ years, but early on, he thought stretching was enough.

The game-changer? Strength and recovery. Once he added strength training in college, not only did his skills improve, but he realized proper preparation could take him to the next level... and keep him performing longer.
