Pull up a chair. There’s room for your questions here. 🤍

Our treatment rooms also house your provider’s desk, so you can sit down together, talk through your concerns, and discuss your care right in the same space.
We love the personal feel of this setup- the conversation is as much a part of your visit as anything else.

A little peek inside the rooms where we get to know you. 🌿

🌲 **The Tinman Trail is back, and we're looking for our next 8 participants!**

Earlier this year, we set out to create something different. Something that brings together modern medicine, ancient wisdom, the power of conscious breathing, and a community of people who want to better understand themselves.

We called it the **Tinman Trail**.

After completing our first small pilot group, we learned a lot, made some changes, and we're excited to open enrollment for our next 12-week journey beginning **December 1st!**

Over the course of the program, participants will explore three different approaches to health and well-being:

🩺 **Functional Medicine** with Morgan Fulton, NP, including comprehensive blood testing and a private, one-hour consultation to better understand your individual health markers.

🌿 **Ayurveda** with Khrystyna, exploring the ancient wisdom of living in balance with your individual constitution, daily rhythms, and lifestyle.

🫁 **The Language of Breath** with Gatlin Fenwick, learning how our breathing patterns relate to our nervous system, stress, physical resilience, and awareness.

But that's just part of it.

Each participant will receive a Garmin fitness tracker, a Stelo continuous glucose monitor, a Tinman Regulation Deck, and other tools to help explore their health throughout the journey.

We'll collect measurements at the beginning and end of the program to see what changes we can observe in areas like sleep, resting heart rate, breathing, and overall well-being.

And maybe most importantly, we'll do it together.

Our groups are intentionally small, with just **8 participants**, so everyone has the opportunity to connect, ask questions, and feel supported along the way.

We'll meet Tuesday evenings at 5:30 PM at Tinman Hall in Reedsburg, wrapping up with a celebration on February 16th.

**There are two ways to participate: paid enrollment or an application for financial assistance through Blake's Tinman Foundation.**

If you've been curious about your health, feeling disconnected from yourself, or simply wanting to learn more about what makes you tick, this might be the opportunity you've been looking for.

We'd love to have you join us on the Trail. ❤️

What’s happening when you hold those two handles? 🌿

This is Qest4, a system used for what’s called bioenergetic testing.

During a session, you sit comfortably holding two electrodes while your provider operates the connected software. The system records changes in the skin’s electrical response as it runs through programmed signals, which the manufacturer calls “frequency signatures.”

Within the Qest4 approach, those readings are interpreted as patterns of energetic response. Your provider can walk you through the report and explain what those terms mean.

Qest4 is a complementary wellness service, not a medical diagnostic test. Its readings don’t establish an allergy, nutrient deficiency, or disease, and it doesn’t replace lab work or medical evaluation.

Curious about the process? Ask us at your next visit; we’re happy to talk through what a session involves and answer your questions. 🤍

Your liver isn't asking for a cleanse. It's asking for less stress. 🌿

A congested or fatty liver is often overwhelmed, not lazy. When we take the pressure off its phases of detox, it can get back to doing its job. Three places to start:

🌱 Gut flora: Eat a variety of colorful veggies, add fermented foods, and aim for a bowel movement every day.
🌱 Blood sugar: Have protein with every meal, cut back on simple carbs and alcohol, and take a walk after you eat.
🌱 Bile flow: Enjoy bitter greens like arugula, beets, dandelion, healthy fats, and eggs, and try castor oil packs.

Meet your vagus nerve, the main highway of your rest-and-digest system. 🌿

It connects your brain to your heart, lungs, and gut. When vagal tone is low, your body struggles to shift out of fight or flight, and it can show up as:
• Bloating, constipation, or reflux
• Anxiety or low mood
• Poor sleep and fatigue
• A racing heart or low heart rate variability

Simple daily habits like slow exhales, humming, and gargling can help tone it. At Rewild Natural Health Clinic, we also use vagus nerve stimulation devices like frequency specific microcurrent (FSM) to help your body shift out of stress mode.

Soft lighting. A comfortable seat. A little time set aside for you. ✨

Our infusion room brings a slower pace to your appointment, with cozy corners and space to settle in while you receive your IV.

Read a few chapters, listen to your favorite podcast, or simply enjoy a quiet moment without adding another thing to your to-do list.

Interested in IV therapy? Connect with our team to discuss whether it’s a fit for you. 🌿

Think of your body as a histamine bucket. 🌿

Small amounts of histamine are normal. But when the bucket fills faster than your body can empty it, it overflows, and symptoms show up:
• Sneezing, congestion, or itchy ears
• Itchy skin, hives, or eczema
• Headaches, flushing, or vertigo
• Car sickness or trouble swallowing

Sound familiar? Antihistamines can quiet the overflow, but they don't explain why your bucket is so full. Common drivers include:
🌱 Estrogen dominance
🌱 Parasites
🌱 Chronic stress
🌱 Candida overgrowth
🌱 Mold exposure

Your adrenal glands are your body’s backup generators. ⚡️🌿

They kick in when your body can’t keep up with physical, chemical, and emotional stress. If you’re dealing with cortisol issues, your body has likely been running on backup for too long.

An adrenal adaptogen can help, but there are other layers:
• Chronic infections
• Inflammation
• Mitochondrial dysfunction
• Blood sugar dysregulation
• Gut dysfunction
• Toxic burden like mold and heavy metals

Chronic BV or yeast infections? Start with your gut. 🌸

Your vaginal flora follows the flora of your gut microbiome. The gut acts as a reservoir for the bacteria and yeast that colonize the vaginal area, so when your gut is out of balance, your vaginal microbiome often follows.

If infections keep coming back, treating only the symptoms may not be enough.
