Same Day Clinic The Lower Umpqua Hospital's District's Same Day Clinic is now at Dunes Family Health Care located at 620 Ranch Rd. Call 541-271-6309 to schedule an appointment.

Please call 541-271-6309 to schedule an appointment. We will make every effort possible to see you on the same day. The Same Day Clinic will consults patients over the phone who exhibit fever, cough, or flu-like symptoms. We apologize but we are currently not able to accept walk-ins.

Public Notice: Network Maintenance starting Friday, May 1st. ⚠️

⚠️PUBLIC NOTICE: Network Maintenance⚠️

On Friday, May 1st LUHD will experience a scheduled Network Downtime.

This downtime is set to begin Friday, May 1 at 3:00PM and set to end Saturday, May 2. During this time we will experience reduced communications capability.

This maintenance is essential to ensure the continued performance, reliability and security of our systems.

*During this time LUHD will NOT be taking walk-in Labs, Xray or RT services.

Please Note: Emergency Services WILL be available.
