We’re excited for our community to get to know Stacey Toben, Chief Nursing Officer at Annie Penn Hospital!

Stacey joined the Annie Penn team in June and has hit the ground running. She brings more than 20 years of experience with Cone Health and a wealth of expertise in nursing leadership, emergency care, patient experience, operational excellence, and building strong teams.

Stacey is passionate about supporting our team members and ensuring our patients and families continue to receive exceptional care close to home.

💙 Next week marks the final week of our Summer Teen Volunteer Program at Annie Penn Hospital! ☀️

Over the past six weeks, we've had the privilege of welcoming an outstanding group of teen volunteers who generously dedicated their time, energy, and compassion to serving our hospital and community.

Our teens are the future, and it has been inspiring to watch them grow throughout this experience. They have gained valuable insight into the many careers in healthcare, developed new skills, and experienced firsthand the importance of teamwork, service, and compassionate care. Their enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to help have made a positive impact across our hospital.

We hope this program has been a meaningful and rewarding experience for each of them and that it has inspired many to pursue futures in healthcare and service to others.

Thank you to our incredible Summer Teen Volunteers for making a difference at Annie Penn Hospital. We are proud of all you've accomplished, and we can't wait to see the amazing things your future holds. The future is bright! 💚

💛🌼 Congratulations to our DAISY Award Recipient, Tiffany Murphy, RN, ICU! 🌼💛

Please join us in celebrating Tiffany Murphy, one of our outstanding ICU nurses, for receiving the DAISY Award in recognition of her extraordinary compassion and exceptional patient care.

One patient shared these powerful words:

"I came in as close to death as I had ever been, and she was the light in my tunnel."

Throughout one of the most difficult moments of their life, Tiffany provided more than expert nursing care she offered comfort, hope, honesty, and compassion. She made her patient feel safe, valued, and never alone. What began as a nurse caring for a patient grew into a friendship that left a lasting impact.

This nomination is a beautiful reminder that nursing is more than treating illness it's about touching lives, restoring hope, and making a difference that lasts long after a patient leaves the hospital.
