🌧️💙 Rain or shine, Grandparents Day was still a celebration! 💙🌧️

Our Grandparents Day celebration was supposed to be outside, but a little rain wasn’t going to stop us! ☔️ We brought the celebration indoors and had a wonderful afternoon filled with smiles, laughter, family, and plenty of special memories. 🥰

Thank you to all of the grandparents, family members, and friends who came out to celebrate with us. We are so grateful for the love and support you bring to our residents each and every day! 💙

We brought a little bit of the Iowa State Fair to Parkview! Our residents enjoyed their very own State Fair celebration filled with plenty of fun and memories!

We even got to chuck some corn from the Bystricky’s and Bovy’s! 🌽

And with school back in session, we couldn’t pass up the chance to take our back-to-school pictures! 📚✏️📸

Update from Parkview Manor & The Elms!

We've been staying busy with fun activities and special events!

We're excited to welcome author Linda McCann this Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. Linda will be joining us to share her stories and visit with our residents.

We'd love for you to join us for this special afternoon in the Elms!

On June 20, we celebrated Father's Day with a wonderful gathering honoring the incredible fathers.

Last week, our residents put their creativity to the test by painting with their noses! It was a unique activity that brought plenty of smiles, laughter, and memorable masterpieces.

Nursing Home Week Days 4 & 5 brought the fun nonstop! 🌼🏁✨

Day 4 started with a lively game of Cheeseball Toss and wrapped up with an afternoon of planting flowers and adding some extra beauty around campus. 🌸🌿

Day 5 was one everyone had been waiting for — the highly requested wheelchair races! 🏎️💨 The competition was fierce, the laughs were loud, and the smiles were everywhere.

We were having so much fun soaking it all in that we forgot to post — but the memories were too good not to share!
