The Art of Saying βNoβ During the Holidays

βNoβ is not unkind.
βNoβ is a nervous system protector.

1. Youβre allowed to skip events that drain you.
Your emotional bandwidth is not infinite.
2. You donβt need to justify your βno.β
βI canβtβ is enough.
3. Protecting your peace is not hurting anyone.
People who love you want you well, not overwhelmed.
4. If saying βyesβ creates resentment, it wasnβt kindness β it was self-abandonment.
