Large pores? The goal isn’t to shrink them (that’s not possible), it’s to keep them looking as small as possible.

One ingredient I reach for again and again is salicylic acid because it helps dissolve oil inside the pore and keeps congestion under control.

Not every salicylic acid product is created equal, though. The right formulation matters.

I know…it’s just a cauliflower. 😂

But I was ridiculously excited.

Gardening has taught me something that skincare has been teaching me for years.

Healthy skin doesn’t happen overnight.

Neither does this.

It takes consistency.
Good habits.
Patience.

There were days I wondered if this cauliflower was ever going to grow…

Kind of like clients who tell me, “I’ve been using my skincare for two weeks and nothing has happened.”

Then one day…

Everything comes together.

It’s funny how gardening keeps teaching me the same lesson I tell my clients every day…be consistent and trust the process.

Now excuse me while I figure out what to do with a giant cauliflower. 😂

One of my favorite places to recharge isn’t a spa… it’s my garden. 🌿

Spending time outside reminds me that the best things take consistency.

Healthy plants don’t thrive because of one day of watering.

Healthy skin doesn’t come from one facial or one miracle serum.

It’s the little things you do over and over—daily sunscreen, the right skincare, healthy habits, and occasional professional treatments—that create beautiful skin over time.

That’s one of the reasons I love what I do. Helping people build healthy skin instead of chasing quick fixes.

How do you recharge? Mine is definitely spending time in the garden with my little helper. 🐾
