Taking a break from your membership? A medical hold and a cancellation are not the same, so it’s important to choose the option that fits your situation.
⏸️ MEDICAL HOLD - A medical hold is intended for a temporary break when a medical condition prevents you from practicing.
• A dated doctor’s note or medical document is required.
• Once approved, your membership time and billing are paused. Any remaining paid time will be prorated when you return.
⏹️ CANCELLATION - A cancellation ends your membership instead of temporarily pausing it.
• A 30-day written cancellation notice is required.
• Any scheduled payment falling within the 30-day notice period may still process.
• You will continue to have membership access through your final paid date.

Some of our favorite JBY memories were made beyond the studio walls. 🌊🌲🧡

Class is back in session - and so are student canvas rechecks! 🎒📚
Beginning September 1, all students must reverify their current enrollment to continue receiving their $10 student drop-in.
🎓 College students: Please show the front desk your current semester classes in Canvas.
🏫 High school students: Please show your current classes or currently dated student ID.
Student drop-ins are not available for online purchase, so please show the desk your enrollment verification before purchasing. If you need to reserve your spot ahead of time, use the unpaid reservation to book your spot in class and complete your purchase at the studio once your enrollment has been verified.
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can get everything handled before class begins!

As a reminder, we hold all lost items for 30 days! After that, any unclaimed belongings are donated to local organizations so they can be put to good use in our community.
Before you head home after class, take a quick look around your mat space and make sure you've grabbed everything you brought with you. If you think you left something behind, stop by the front desk during your next visit, we're happy to help you check!
