It’s time to re-introduce myself!

My name is Erin and I am about to enter my 15th year of massage therapy.

Over the years I have trained in: Swedish massage, baby massage, sports massage, medical massage, scar massage, Thai massage, reiki and more.

I love finding the middle ground between work and ease, relaxation and deep therapeutic problem solving, forceful pressure and patient muscle holds.

I believe that all bodies deserve massage and care. And I believe that when some of that care happens at home and some of it under professional hands—true and significant healing is possible.

I excel at working with the aging body, post-op bodies, the finicky auto-immune affected body, folks who are healing from gender confirmation procedures, pregnant folks, children and busy weekend warriors.

My ideal client is curious about their body and their mind and is thinking about their health holistically. I love working with folks who are tackling their health from a variety of modalities—talk therapy, meditation, movement, community building, acupuncture, chiropractic care, etc.

While my preference is to see clients every 2-5 weeks, I am happy to see folks:
-only during their pregnancy
-only during surgery recovery
-as they can afford massages

In addition to the above, I also am a group movement instructor, a meditation practitioner, and an anatomy nerd. I love assigning easy stretches and movement snacks as your massage homework.
