Hi Aspen Peds Fam! Just an update:
We are as upset as all of you by the decision made by Renown and Kaiser Permanente to no longer allow HHP HMO patients to be seen by our office. This was sprung on us just like you. We were actually told that this merger would not affect our patients last year when it was announced. It’s important to know that not all plans are affected. Please call us if you’re not sure. If necessary we will do our best to help you either transfer to a different practice or figure out how to change plans when open enrollment starts in November. We also offer discounts for cash pay patients. If you would like to voice your concerns please contact Hometown Health, your HR representative at work, or even use your power on social media! Feel free to share this post!
