With over 220 people in the room, last Thursday's seminar - "The Truth about Scams in the Age of A.I." - was one for the books.

We are so grateful to our panelists from the Nevada Attorney General's Office, the FBI, and a recently retired Reno Police Department Fraud Detective, for giving their time and expertise to our community. The conversations in that room were eye-opening.

We're also grateful for our Education Partners - the local professionals who believe in what we're doing and make the Retired Living Truth Seminar Series possible. Their support is what keeps these events free, accessible, and free of any sales pitch.

If you were there, thank you for joining us.

The Truth About Scams in the Age of A.I." - May 14 @ 10am

Protect yourself and the people you love from today's most sophisticated scams by joining us Wednesday, May 14th at 10:00 AM at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center: "The Truth About Scams in the Age of A.I."

Scams have always been around, but what's happening today is different. AI is being used to clone voices, impersonate family members, and create messages so convincing that even careful, experienced people are being fooled. We've heard too many stories from people in our community who never thought it would happen to them.

That's why we're bringing in some incredible panelists - from the Nevada Attorney General's Office, the FBI, and the Reno Police Department - to give us the real picture and practical tools to stay protected.

It's free, and honestly - it's one we think everyone should hear. We'd love to see you there.

May 14 @ 10am, Reno-Sparks Convention Center

A big thank you to our panelists for this past week’s seminar, “The Truth about Travel Adventures for Every Budget & Ability.”

We’re grateful to our panelists from OLLI at University of Nevada Reno, Patty's Tours, and MorningStar Senior Living for sharing honest, practical insights about travel later in life—what’s possible, what requires planning, and how people can continue exploring in ways that fit their health, interests, and resources.

Attendees walked away with ideas, helpful resources, and renewed confidence that meaningful travel is still within reach at any stage of life, near and far.

Thank you for helping us educate, equip, and empower our community.
