Meet Tessa Parks, the dedicated Administrator at Renton Health and Rehabilitation.
Tessa's journey into healthcare began with a childhood hospital stay that sparked a passion for serving others. While her path eventually shifted from nursing to healthcare administration, her mission has always remained the same: making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
After starting her career in admissions, Tessa worked tirelessly to grow into leadership, ultimately earning her administrator license and returning to the place where her journey truly began, Renton Health and Rehabilitation. Today, she leads with a heart for service, believing that this is more than a healthcare facility. It is home for the residents who trust the team with their care every day.
Tessa describes her leadership style as loving, organized, and dedicated.
She is passionate about building up her team, helping every employee succeed, and creating a culture where residents, families, and staff feel like one big family. One of her favorite traditions is Renton's quarterly pub crawls, where residents, families, employees, and community partners come together for an afternoon filled with food, games, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
Outside of work, you'll likely find Tessa camping, dirt biking with her family, cheering on her nephews and niece, or getting lost in a good book. (Fun fact: she bowled competitively in college!)
Tessa's heart for serving others shines through in everything she does. She is committed to ensuring every resident receives compassionate, quality care while empowering her team to be the very best they can be.
