This is just a quick note to ensure everyone that yes, this is the new page for the Republic location of Intelligent Balance. Please follow us and un-follow the old page.

My old page was hacked and I no longer have any ownership or even ability to post. Justilynn and Stephanie both still have the ability to post, so in the coming days you will see a post on the old page asking you to follow this page.

I got my Covid vaccination this morning!

I agonized over whether or not to post this, and honestly at first I was certain that I wouldn’t get the shot.

But the more I read about the vaccination and it’s side effects, and the more I considered the implications surrounding covid and my practice, I changed my mind.

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a bit anxious to get it this morning, but I know it was the right decision for me, for my patients, my practice, my business and my family.

In the last month, I have had a shocking number of patients get sick with Covid.

I hesitated to post because there may be some who disagree, and I hate creating conflict or dissent. However, as a health care provider, and someone with a voice that others may listen to, I feel that it’s important for me to lead by example!

Thank you to Ferry County Health for your service and to Martinoli (not sure why I can’t tag him) for getting me on the list!

People ask if I get tired of the drive to Republic every week. It’s hard to get tired of it when you have beautiful sunrises like this!

My Grandmom bought me this plant when I moved into my new office 4 years ago. It hasn’t bloomed since then, so I took it to my office in Liberty Lake so that it could sit in a nice sunny window. Well it finally has two pretty new flowers on it!
