Today, we are hilighting one of the most special parts of Tall Oaks- our Memory Care💗

Located on our third floor, our Memory Care residents enjoy spending much of their day in our beautiful Rose Garden, where they participate in engaging activities, socialize, and enjoy the outdoors in a secure, welcoming environment.

At Tall Oaks, we believe every resident deserves care that is as unique as they are. Through open communication, meaningful relationships, and a person-centered approach. Our team is committed to creating a supportive environment where residents can thrive!
