You don’t have awareness.

Sometimes it’s all three.

You might be trying to stay consistent without really knowing what works for you.

Or your routine just doesn’t fit your real life.

When those pieces are missing, it starts to feel frustrating.

Pick a “minimum baseline.”

Something so simple you can do it even on your busiest day.

Examples:
✔ 10 minute walk
✔ 1 glass of water in the morning
✔ 5 minutes to reset your day

This becomes your anchor.

Anything extra is a bonus.

Consistency builds from what’s realistic, not what’s perfect. 💛

Most people don’t struggle because they don’t know what to do.

They already know the basics of taking care of themselves.

The real challenge is staying consistent.

And that’s where things usually break down.

It’s easy to think it’s a discipline issue.

That you just need more motivation or more willpower.

But willpower isn’t something you can rely on long term.

It changes depending on your energy, your stress, your schedule.

That’s why doing everything on your own can feel so hard.

Consistency becomes a lot easier when you have the right kind of support around you.

I wrote a new blog all about this and what accountability actually looks like when it works.

Your routine isn’t letting you down. It’s too big.

Most routines don’t fall apart because people don’t care.

They fall apart because they’re built around an ideal day, not a real one.

You start with a full plan:
Morning routine
Workout
Meal prep
Water goals
Evening routine

And it looks great… until life happens.

The key isn’t doing more.

It’s doing less, consistently.

A routine that works is one you can follow on a busy day, a low energy day, and everything in between.

Start smaller than you think you need to.

Build a baseline you can actually maintain.

Then let it grow from there.

That’s how routines stick. 🌿
