Our Virginia RBTs of the Month.

Ask any parent what changed for their kid, and the answer is usually a name. This month, across three regions, it was theirs. The patience to run the plan the same way on the hard days as the good ones. The read on a kid that no data sheet gives you. Small wins stacked into real progress.

Our Virginia team showed up for the ASCV 5K and Family Fun Day in Glen Allen this past Saturday, and the morning lived up to the hype!

Lyndsey and Kyera held down the Brighter Strides ABA sensory booth, giving kids and families a quieter corner to take it all in at their own pace, while Samantha Weaver and a few of our BCBAs took to the course themselves.

Mornings like this are why we love this community.

Lunch in. Golf on. Our Brighter Strides ABA Virginia team celebrated staff appreciation day with one part catered lunch, one part time on the course, and an afternoon dedicated to the clinicians who show up for our families every day.

The work our BCBAs and RBTs do is demanding. Days like this matter because the people doing it matter.

Clubs out for autism. Our NOVA BCBAs hit the green at Westfield's Annual Autism Speaks Golf Event, raising awareness alongside one of our favorite community partners. Kate Lorenzo, Wilson, Sakina, Jessica Burkett, and Anarae Howe traded their clinical hats for golf gloves and showed up for the cause. Thanks to Westfield for hosting and putting autism awareness center stage.

Graduation day at the Ashburn clinic. 🎓

So proud of this incredible kid who just completed the Early Intensive Program. Watching the growth, the independence, and all the small breakthroughs along the way has been one of the most rewarding things to be part of.

BCBA Katrina Lytle and Lead RBT Khadija Chahbi poured everything into this journey, and it absolutely shows.

Wishing this amazing kiddo all the best on the next chapter ahead.

Once a month, the Northern VA clinic swaps session notes for strategy cards.

Game Night is a staff tradition, not a program or an agenda. Just the people who show up for kids and families every day, getting to actually be with each other.

Shoutout to Jaime, Rafie, Dorsa, Ashlyn, Hteth, Kiara, Skyler, Taylor, and Carla for keeping score and making this something worth looking forward to every month.

We came home from ABAI 2026 in San Francisco full. Full of new ideas, full of conversations that actually meant something, full of that rare feeling you get when you're surrounded by people who care about this work as much as you do. The sessions were great. The people were better. Swipe through, this one was special.
