PICK’D POWDERS started in a season of trying to figure out our busy beautiful chaotic life in the midst of postpartum depression and then battling cancer. It didn’t start because we had it all figured out. It started because we were in survival mode!

Our energy was gone. Health NEEDED to work for the sake of our family. But nothing felt simple anymore.

While we were trying to do lo of the “right” things, we couldn’t stick with any complicated routine and it became overwhelming and unsustainable.

So we started asking ourselves, what would actually fit into our busy life with our family?
And that question changed everything!

Hi, I’m Catherine! I created my very own greens powder but instead of using regular veggies that every other brand uses, I use 100% pure freeze dried microgreens! These tiny plants are known to contain up to 40x the vitamins and minerals than the veggies that most people are used to. After being disappointed with the processing, the horrible taste, and quality of ingredients that every other greens supplement uses, I decided to make something totally original, pure, and powerful!
