Nope, not really 😅
But it is a form of movement that can build and support your yoga practice in a lot of ways. Plus, imo,it’s fun!
Adding resistance, pulses, and longer holds helps build stability, confidence, and body awareness on the mat.
So no, it’s not traditional yoga. It is movement with yoga in mind.
If you can hold bridge with a calf raise + a block while pulsing to the beat… imagine how strong you’ll feel when you flow into bridge or wheel during your practice. ✨
These Ladies’ Night Sculpt classes are all about movement, music, community, and not taking yourself too seriously on the mat.
You can always modify or amplify, and weights for resistance are totally optional.
