This 60-minute class combines:
🌿 Prenatal mobility to create space, improve balance & ease discomfort

A monthly prenatal workshop held Mondays at 6:30 PM at At Play in Rhinebeck, NY 🤍

This 60-minute class combines prenatal mobility + breastfeeding education to help you feel more prepared going into birth and postpartum.

I’ll guide you through safe movements to create space, improve balance, and ease common pregnancy discomforts. Then an RN/IBCLC will cover colostrum collection, feeding positions, posture support, and what to look out for in those early weeks.

The goal?
To help you feel confident, supported, and connected to your body before baby arrives 💛
