✨ NEW at Embrace: Ecstatic Dance with Terry ✨

Beginning October 1 | First Thursday of every month | 5:00 PM

What if you stopped worrying about how you look and started noticing how you feel?

Ecstatic Dance is a joyful, healing, and liberating practice that invites you to move freely, release mental blocks, let go of self-judgment, and reconnect with your body.
We’re conditioned to be self-conscious—to worry about being watched, judged, or “doing it right.” But dance has always been a powerful way to connect, heal, express, and liberate.

This is your invitation to break out of the mental noise and into your body.

Move the stress. Shift the energy. Shake off the stagnation. Reclaim your joy.

No choreography. No judgment. No dance experience needed.

Just you, your body, the music, and the freedom to move.

Come as you are. Let go. Move freely. Reconnect. Reclaim your inner power.

All levels welcome.

ONE HOUR OF YOGA EACH WEEK = HEALTH - HARMONY - HAPPINESS

One hour of yoga a week doesn’t sound like much.
But over one year, that is 52 hours intentionally devoted to your body, brain, nervous system, and well-being. AND, consistency matters!

Regular yoga combines movement, breath, focused attention, and periods of rest; giving your body and mind repeated opportunities to practice regulation.

Physically: Improved mobility, flexibility, balance, strength, body awareness, and physical relaxation.

Mentally: Greater attention, mental clarity, and an intentional break from constant stimulation and cognitive overload.

Emotionally: A practice of noticing what you feel without immediately reacting to it. Over time, this can support emotional awareness, stress management, and resilience.

For the nervous system: Yoga can help reduce prolonged activation of the sympathetic nervous system; the body’s “fight-or-flight” response. Through controlled movement, slower breathing, and relaxation, regular practice gives the nervous system repeated opportunities to shift out of a heightened stress state and return toward rest and recovery. This is especially powerful in a culture where many of us spend much of our day in a state of doing, reacting, anticipating, and rushing.

But perhaps the most important benefit is simpler:
You are practicing the ability to pause.
To breathe before reacting.
To listen to your body.
To create space in your mind.
To step away from productivity and simply be.

One hour a week.
52 hours a year of choosing your health, your presence, and yourself.
That is not an indulgence - it is choosing health, harmony, and healing.

As we welcome autumn, we’re invited to slow down, turn inward, and let go of what we no longer need to carry.

Join us for a 90-minute Fall Equinox Ritual featuring:

Sound Bath — quiet the mind, soften the body & deeply rest

Savory Spice Tea — warm, nourish & gather in community

Reflection — explore what you’re harvesting, releasing & choosing to tend

This experience is for anyone feeling overwhelmed, emotionally full, physically tired, in transition, or simply ready for a meaningful pause.

The Equinox reminds us that balance isn't about standing still; it’s about learning to move with the seasons.

If you're looking to continue building strength, stability, flexibility, and endurance, we invite you to join our Monday Vinyasa Yoga class at 4:30 PM throughout August.

Vinyasa offers a dynamic, flowing practice that will challenge your body, strengthen your core, improve balance, and leave you feeling energized and grounded. It's a wonderful way to stay committed to your health while embracing the rhythm of the season.

Pilates will return in mid-September, ready to continue supporting your commitment to health and vitality as we transition into fall.

Until then, we hope you'll move your body in ways that nourish you; whether that's on the yoga mat, on the trails, in the water, or simply enjoying the beauty of summer.

We'd love to see you Monday at 4:30 PM on the mat. 🫶

There is something about a full moon that invites us to pause.

To breathe a little deeper.
To reflect on how far we've come.
To gently let go of what we've been carrying.

Together we'll move through a gentle, healing flow designed to release tension from the body, calm the nervous system, and restore a sense of inner peace. You'll experience mindful movement, soothing breathwork, a beautiful guided meditation, and time to simply rest in the quiet.

If life has felt busy, heavy, or you've been craving a moment to exhale, this class is for you.

Healing isn't found in doing more. Sometimes it's found in remembering who we are; through friendship, through nature, and through moments that awaken something wild within us.

This past weekend, surrounded by the ancient cliffs of the Apostle Islands and immersed in the cold, clear waters of Lake Superior, I was reminded of something we so easily forget -

Life isn't only about responsibilities, schedules, and checking off the next thing on the list.

It's about making space.
Space to laugh until your cheeks hurt.
Space to move your body with joy.
Space to feel the grounding strength of ancient stone beneath your feet.
Space to plunge into icy water that awakens every cell in your body.
Space to be fully present with people who remind you who you are.

Friendship, like nature, requires intention. It doesn't happen by accident. We have to choose it. We have to protect it. We have to make time for adventures, long conversations, shared silence, and moments that become memories.

The earth has a beautiful way of bringing us back to ourselves. The wind, the water, the trees, and the timeless cliffs remind us that we belong, not above nature, but as part of it. When we slow down enough to listen, we remember that we are deeply connected to something much greater than ourselves.

In a world that constantly asks us to produce more, consume more, and hurry more, choosing to cultivate our friendships and reconnect with the natural world becomes a quiet act of resistance. It's how we nourish our souls. It's how we stay grounded. It's how we keep the wild within us alive.

May we never become so busy building a life that we forget to truly live it.
Go somewhere wild.
Call the friend.
Take the swim.
Stand barefoot on the earth.
Watch the sunrise.
Laugh until your stomach hurts.
Let your soul remember what it feels like to be free.

Because in the end, a meaningful life isn't measured by what we accomplish, but by the depth of our connections - with one another, with ourselves, and with this beautiful Earth we have the privilege to call home.

✨ Still a few spaces available for tonight's Vinyasa Flow! ✨
Some days our minds feel just like the weather; cloudy, heavy, and a little foggy.
Tonight's class, Clearing the Fog, is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the clarity that already lives within you.

Together we'll explore:
- Breathwork to quiet the mind
-A flowing vinyasa practice designed to release tension and mental clutter
-A grounding meditation to restore calm and inner peace

The fog doesn't last forever. Sometimes all we need is a little space to let the light shine through.
Join me tonight and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
Hope to see you on the mat. Xo, Kelly

Thankful to have been a small part of this beautiful gathering.💛
Spending time with this incredible group of women was a reminder that the greatest gift we can give one another is our presence. Year after year, they choose to make time for laughter, meaningful conversation, and genuine connection, proving that true friendship isn't measured by how often you see each other, but by how deeply you show up for one another.

If you're planning a girls' weekend, family gathering, retreat, bridal celebration, or team event, I'd love to create a personalized yoga, meditation, breathwork, or sound healing experience just for your group.
Let's create something meaningful together. ✨🩵
