Long post-but well deserved! 💙

GOING ABOVE & BEYOND — ALLIE HURT!

Although August 31st will be Allie’s last day as a part-time staff member with Helton House, we are very happy that she will remain a part of the Helton House family as PRN staff!

We want to take this opportunity to recognize Allie for the hard work, dedication, and commitment she has demonstrated during her time with us.

Most recently, Allie has been a tremendous help to her program manager, Cocheyse, with completing intakes for the admission of new individuals into our Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program. Even after submitting her two-week notice, Allie extended her notice so she could continue assisting with these important tasks and help support the program during this transition.

That is the true definition of going above and beyond. 🌟

Allie could have simply completed her notice and moved on, but instead, she chose to give more of her time to make sure the program, her manager, and most importantly, the individuals we serve were supported.

Allie, thank you for showing up when you were needed. Thank you for your willingness to help, your dedication to the program, and the difference you have made during your time with us.

While we will certainly miss having you with us on a regular basis, we are grateful that this is not completely goodbye! 💙

A huge shout-out to Chris Baker for all that he does for Helton House! 💙

Chris is always willing to step in, lend a helping hand, and get the job done. His willingness to help wherever needed is truly appreciated.

Whether he’s assisting staff and administration, handling transportation needs, supporting Quality Assurance, or taking care of the many important things that happen behind the scenes, Chris continues to be a valuable part of our team.

Chris, thank you for your hard work, dependability, and willingness to help. We appreciate all that you do, and we are so happy to have you as part of the Helton House family!

New Directions, we see you and we appreciate you! Keep up the amazing work!

Over the past month, New Directions has welcomed 12 new individuals. While continuing to provide quality support to the individuals already in our program, staff have worked together to make sure our newest individuals feel welcomed, supported, comfortable, and included. ️

Welcoming 12 new individuals in such a short period takes teamwork, patience, flexibility, and dedication — and the New Directions team has shown all of that and more!

Thank you for your hard work, compassion, and commitment to the individuals we serve.
