We provide short -term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

Big news for our facility! 🎉 Last week marked an exciting milestone as we launched a new system to help us better serve our team members and applicants! Over the past year, especially in recent months, we've been working hard behind-the-scenes to prepare for this change to Oracle. Internally, we've been calling the project SHIFT, which stands for Strategic HR Innovation for Tomorrow. 🏎️ The goal is to simplify many of our manual processes into one secure platform.

Growth brings new opportunities, and we're looking forward to what's ahead! 🏁
