Happy Birthday to my favorite chiropractor Jack LaLanne

If you are as old as I am you know who Jack was…..

Most people do not understand how much influence he still has in peoples lives even though he is gone.

He basically innovated the modern gym. He drew out and designed much of the equipment used today. He never patented many of his designs because he wanted people to use them freely to promote health and fitness.

Examples:
 The squat/Smith machine
 Leg extension machine
 Lat pulldown & cable pulleys
 Leg curl machine

If you want some inspiration to motivate your health and fitness do some quick reading about Jack on the internet.

You have to admire and be more amazed at anyone who could do over one thousand push-ups in 23 minutes at the age of 42. Just don’t try this at home boys and girls!!
