Diaper Bag Drive to Honor the Memory of Stacy Goodling

Our deliveries to Expectations, Lewisburg and Crossroads, Mifflintown were a big success! What a blessing this drive will be to so many families in our local community and beyond. In all, we had 55 diaper bags donated with half already filled! We had well over 4000 diapers donated, over 300 onesies donated, about 250 washcloth/towels, and over 150 packs of wipes! And so much more, including laundry detergent, dish soap, grooming kits, lotions, bath soaps and diaper creams. Our family was so touched by the generosity of so many. we were so touched. I can’t think of a better way to honor my sister who devoted so much of her life and her resources to the pregnancy care center. Stacy would be 49 tomorrow. This drive has helped our family, in some way, find purpose in our loss. Thank you for sharing in this with us. It was a drive well done!

Last night we delivered diaper bags and supplies to Heartbeat’s center! Today, we are delivering to Expectations (2 centers) and Crossroads (5 centers)! More pictures & details to come ❤️

The donation bins are gradually being picked up. We are blown away by the support. Never did I think this would get the response that it has. I am looking forward to sharing updates and pictures in the near future! Thank you all!!

This week wraps up the Drive. We have been blown away by the generosity of so many! Countless mothers, fathers and babies are going to be blessed by this Drive, and it has helped us find joy and purpose through the pain and tears. If you still want to participate, you have a little time! Donations are due by Thursday!

We received some pretty cool donations yesterday at the Runkle Agency, LLC! So excited to see how God is going to use this to be a blessing to others!

Our last drop off location is in Millerstown at JoJo’s pizza. Stacy had a dear friendship with the owner of this shop, and they were happy to support the cause. We have been blown away by the donations that have come in—shipments straight from Wyoming and Florida, donations from friends we haven’t seen in years, donations from people we have never met but saw the article and wanted to participate, and support from family and friends near and dear. It’s been a blessing to our family and we know will be to many others.

Richfield Life is a place that is dear to our hearts. This is the church that my parents landed at many years ago and has become home. I love what God is doing in this place and community through Richfield Life and I’m thankful that they chose to join in on this Diaper Bag Drive to Honor the Memory of Stacy Goodling!
