He is specialty trained to treat TMJ, atypical facial pain, trigeminal neuralgia, neuropathic conditions, myofascial pain, and more! We focus on treating and managing TMJ, orofacial pain conditions including musculoskeletal pain (TMD/TMJ, myofascial pain), atypical tooth pain, trigeminal nerve disorders, neurovascular and neuropathic pain. In addition, he treats patients with all aspects of chroni

c refractory primary headache disorders such as migraine, tension-type headache, cluster headache and occipital neuralgia. Dr. Bloxham also treats oral medicine disorders such as Burning Mouth Syndrome and autoimmune disorders that affect the mouth. He is experienced in fabrication of TMJ orthotics, dental sleep appliances for management of obstructive sleep apnea/snoring, Botox injections for migraines & orofacial pain conditions, intra-articular injections, trigger point injections and, nerve blocks.
