And that is a wrap! 🎉 Friday was our last celebratory day for Nursing Home Week 2026 and we ended it with a BOOM 💥

We want to thank all of our volunteers who came out this week to help celebrate and support our residents and our staff. This community is truly one of a kind and we are exceptionally lucky to be apart of it. 🧡

To our staff, thank you for the compassion, dedication, and hard work you show each and every day. Your commitment to ensuring our residents are cared for with kindness, efficiency, and attentiveness does not go unnoticed. You consistently go above and beyond, often putting the needs of others before your own, and it is truly appreciated more than words can express. We are so grateful for everything you do. You are valued, appreciated, and truly amazing.

To our residents, thank you for your patience, understanding, and resilience each and every day. We are deeply grateful for the trust you place in us to care for, support, and assist you. Being a part of your lives is both an honor and a privilege, and we never take that responsibility lightly. Thank you for allowing us to walk beside you and care for you each day. You are appreciated more than words can say.

It's Thursday!! WHOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!!!

For our fourth day of Nursing Home Week we had a fun game of trying to make a penny in the little glass inside the giant water mug💦 it was harder than it looked....unless you are an expert at physics 😆

We also had a hydration station for our staff to pick their favorite drinks to stay HYDRATED and a fun mini game of trivia 🌀👍🏻

Tomorrow is our last & BIGGEST day of them all. We can't wait!!👀

Happy HUMP DAY 🐪 We are half way through Nursing Home Week and today was EXTRA sweet!

We kicked it off with our Candy Shop where each staff member was able to grab a bag, pen, and some yummy candy 🍭

Throughout our day, our activities director hosted a candy bingo and all staff participated in our no name game, where whoever had the most bracelets at the end of the shift won a special prize!!

The best part was our musical spoons game....caution to all the videos below as you might not be able to stop laughing!!!

What better way to celebrate National Nursing Home week then with FUNNEL CAKES!!! ❤️💙 Both resident and staff members go...

What better way to celebrate National Nursing Home week then with FUNNEL CAKES!!! ❤️💙

Both resident and staff members got to personalize their own funnel cake with lots of yummy topping options. Not one funnel cake was the same!

We would not be here without our amazing residents, and our residents would not be getting the care they deserved if our incredible staff were not here to provide. BOTH parties are important and this week we get to celebrated each 🫶🏽

Today we celebrated the women/mothers of RCC by hosting a special tea party. We are so thankful for both our staff and our residents. THANK YOU

Next week is National Nursing Home Week 🌷 and we have lots of exciting things planned! Check in daily next week to learn about all the activities planned for that day. 🩺

Each day we will have a fun food/drink treat, we will have games for both our residents and staff, there will be guest performer appearances, and we can't forget the prizes!

The plan is to celebrate and have lots of FUN!! 😊🩷💛
