May has been mental health month but keep in mind taking care of yourself daily will prevent the negative affects of mental health: please enjoy life simple things can bring peace and joy: life does not have to be negative constantly: utilize the beauty in the outdoors to take a breathe and relax. Sing a favorite song, smell a flower, cut green grass, or listen to the birds sing, children’s laughter and most of all surround yourself with people that have your best interest.
