Enrollment is open for the next round of my Holistic Pregnancy & Childbirth Series 💛✨I hope to begin later this month, and there are just a few spots left.

This is a 5-part virtual series…we meet weekly over Zoom (2 hours each session) on Sunday evenings at 8 pm. Classes are recorded so you never miss anything and always have it for future reference and review!

I didn’t create this course so you could memorize everything there is to know about birth… I created it so you can have such a rooted understanding of physiological birth… that you TRUST IT 🫶🏼 I created this course to be exactly what I wished I’d had access to as I prepared to become a mother for the first time.

Inside this series we cover:
• Pre-conception nutrition + preparing your body before pregnancy
• Supporting your body holistically during pregnancy
• The father’s role in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum
• The altered brain wave states of labor (“laborland”) and why it’s part of the design
• The cardinal movements (baby’s journey through the pelvis)
• The holistic stages of labor + physiological birth
• Mental and physical birth preparation
• Postpartum planning + breastfeeding foundations

This isn’t about performing birth “correctly.”
It’s about understanding how intricately designed it already is.

🌸 Another mama’s placenta honored and prepared as medicine, with her baby’s cord preserved in a precious “M” keepsake — since baby’s name begins with M. She also requested one of her placenta prints be made to look like a tree, a beautiful symbol of life and connection 🌳✨ I think it turned out like a cute little bonsai tree 🥹

✨ Just because we can doesn’t mean we should.

We’ve become so advanced in pregnancy care that we sometimes forget the beauty in what’s meant to be mysterious.

Technology has made it possible to know almost everything about our babies before they’re even in our arms—including their gender. And while I honor that some mothers love knowing early, I also believe there’s something deeply sacred about not knowing.

Waiting to discover your baby’s gender at birth isn’t just “old-fashioned”—it’s biological. That rush of surprise can trigger an incredible release of oxytocin—the very hormone that fuels love, bonding, and helps the uterus contract after birth to protect against hemorrhage. God designed it that way.✨

It’s not about judgment. It’s about tuning into a rhythm that modern life often drowns out. We find comfort in control of knowing all we can know instead of surrendering to the mystery.

Sometimes, mystery is medicine 🫶🏼✨

❤️‍🩹 With my first two babies, I had this deep knowing that my prenatal care was severely lacking. But I didn’t know what to do about it, where to even begin, or who to talk to.

✨With my third, I chose a home birth with midwives. I left every appointment feeling like their level of care was everything I knew I needed, deserved, and longed for in my first two pregnancies.

🫶🏼If something feels off — even slightly — trust that. You deserve to feel seen, heard, and deeply held during this sacred time. Your prenatal care should be nourishing, relational, and rooted in trust. You should know your provider — and be known by them.

📋 This isn’t just about checkboxes and measurements. It’s about preparing the soil for your birth — body, mind, and soul.

🌿 If your intuition is whispering that something isn’t right, listen. You are allowed to change providers at any time. You’re allowed to choose care that aligns with your values and your vision for birth.

✨You are not “too much” for wanting more.
You are wise. You are in charge. And your care should reflect that.
