Whether it’s in our closed facebook group, our 3 day personal development retreats, virtual book studies, local women’s conferences, or by curating an experience for teams of women in the workplace, we create opportunities for personal growth, connection and community. Untangling Me was born from the conversations we've been having for years—about life, faith, family, health, change, and all the things women somehow carry at the same time.

The hardest part of starting a podcast… is not what you think.

It’s not the tech.
(Not the mics, the editing, or figuring out why nothing is recording 😅)

It’s not coming up with topics.
(Not the notes in your phone or the ideas at 10pm)

It’s not even finding the time in an already full schedule…
or figuring out where to record.

Those things? You’ll figure them out.

The hardest part…
is being patient with the process.
Learning as you go.
Messing up.
Laughing at the really bad ones.
And choosing not to carry the frustration into the next step.

Because growth doesn’t happen all at once—
it happens in the showing up, the trying again, the doing it anyway.

We’re in it.
Learning. Growing. Walking it out in real time.
And if you’re in the middle of starting something too…
you’re not behind. You’re just in the process 🤍
