Most people assume the hardest part of caregiving is lifting.

Often, it’s not. It’s the repetitive cycle:

Reposition.
Re-tuck.
Strip.
Wash.
Dry.
Remake.
Repeat.

Usually when you’re already exhausted.

I ordered something I’m testing to see if it actually makes this cycle easier on caregivers. I’ll share my honest OT review once I’ve tried it.

Because caregiver backs deserve support too. 💪🏾🛏️

Lately, I’ve been toying with the idea of creating a small retreat—a calming space where people can step away, reset, and feel truly cared for.

Nothing firm yet, but I’m wondering…

a half-day or full-day experience with things like massage, movement, quiet reflection, and space to just be—
