After much thought (and an angry elbow), I have made the decision to retire from massage therapy and close my practice in mid-September.
This is not a decision made with sadness, but rather with gratitude for the 29 wonderful years I've had the privilege of serving this community. It has been an absolute honor to be part of your wellness journeys, celebrate your successes, and support you through life's challenges.
While I am excited for this next chapter, I will truly miss seeing each of you. The relationships I've built with my clients has meant so much to me, and I am incredibly thankful for the trust, loyalty, and kindness you have shown over the years.
I also want to share that Kendra has received an opportunity to work with friends at a couple of studios in Minneapolis and will be pursuing this new venture beginning in September. She would like to thank her amazing clients for the last 8 years of support and for trusting her with your massage and bodywork needs. If you have gift certificates to use with Kendra, please make sure to get scheduled. She has a few openings available in July and additional availability throughout August.
For those looking to continue their massage care locally after Kendra's move and my retirement, I am pleased to recommend Rebecca’s Intuitive Bodyworks in Cold Spring and Heidi Feldewerd will be practicing from her home near New Munich with limited availability. They are both talented therapists whom I trust to provide excellent care, and I encourage you to connect with them for your future massage needs.
If you have any outstanding gift certificates with me, please be sure to redeem them before mid-September. I encourage you to schedule sooner rather than later, as appointment availability may become limited as my final date approaches.
Thank you for allowing me to do work that I have loved. I will carry the memories and friendships with me long after I lock the door for the last time. I will miss you all more than words can ever express.
