This past Friday, we celebrated nine incredible graduates from our Career Readiness & Employment Cohort 8!

Coaches and managers shared reflections on what made each graduate stand out, highlighting their curiosity, helpfulness, selflessness, passion, and strong work ethic. Their growth is a testament to the dedication they brought to every opportunity and challenge.

We are so proud of all nine graduates and excited to see where their journeys take them next. Congratulations, Cohort 8!

Great news! We have a new employer partner! Hill City Church just joined our network of employer partners!

Through our Career Readiness & Employment program, we work with employers to create meaningful opportunities for neurodivergent adults to enter and thrive in the workforce.

Partnerships like this benefit everyone. Employers gain access to talented, job-ready individuals while receiving the tools and knowledge to create a more inclusive workplace. And neurodivergent job seekers gain opportunities to contribute their strengths, build experience, and grow in their careers.
