Ashtanga Yoga Richmond is dedicated to the practice of Ashtanga yoga as established by Sri K. Ashtanga (eight limb*) yoga is a dynamic system that consists of a precise sequence of asanas (postures), ujjayi pranayama (breath control), drishti (gazing point), and bandhas (internal locks). AYR offers daily ashtanga classes for all levels, as well as Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga.

OUR FINAL WEEK ON CARY STREET

THANK YOU SO MUCH!
There has been such an outpouring of love and support in response to our closing. Thank you for expressing your personal experiences and what our home as meant to you over the years. We are all so fortunate to have shared this sacred space together. It really speaks to the connection of this community and is a reminder of unity and healing in the midst of so much division. We can't thank you enough for being a part of our journey.


We will be moving out of Cary Street next weekend and have a few
IN STUDIO options this week if you would like to come practice and say goodbye to the space. Online classes will continue through July 18
