Some days we’re tired. Some days we’re juggling motherhood, breastfeeding, workouts, clients, and a million business decisions… but we keep showing up for the dream we’re building.

And we couldn’t do it without the incredible women in the Richmond small business community who have cheered us on, collaborated with us, shared our work, opened doors, and supported Nest & Nourish along the way. 🫶🏼

✨ Come meal prep with me for a new mama as an IBCLC. 🤍

One of my favorite ways to support families isn’t just during a feeding session—it’s helping lighten the mental load during those early postpartum days.

This meal prep drop-off included:
🥣 Chia pudding for an easy grab-and-go breakfast
🍓 Fresh fruit salad
🥚 Homemade quiche
🫐 Blueberry muffins (store-bought because let’s be honest… who has time to make everything from scratch? 😂)
🥥 Coconut smoothie drinks from Trader Joe’s to help keep hydration easy and delicious

The postpartum period is about so much more than feeding your baby—it’s about making sure you are nourished, too. Because when moms are cared for, the whole family benefits. 💚

Tag a new mama who deserves a meal (or a friend who would totally show up with snacks like this!). 🫶
