barReVA is a local privately owned barre studio in Richmond VA offering a unique full body workout inspired by the Lotte Berk Method. Barre is a ballet-inspired workout technique, which also incorporates components of yoga, Pilates and isometric strength training. Each class is choreographed and set to fun motivating music to create an energetic and ever-changing workout. The sequence of exercises

coupled with periods of stretching not only ensures tone and definition but the lengthening of muscles to create a long lean physique. Benefits include improved posture, muscle definition, increased flexibility, weight management and reduced stress.

We are so excited to be partnering with Hall Movement, a new mobile assisted stretching and movement optimization company!

As you know, barre and stretching go hand in hand, and Hall Movement is here to help you deepen your stretches with sessions tailored specifically to you and your body’s needs.

With a physical therapist, athletic trainer, and movement coach on staff, your stretch session is designed with you in mind — whether you’re working around past injuries, targeting problem areas, improving mobility, or simply wanting to feel your best.

Hall Movement will be at the studio on Sunday, June 28th offering 30-minute assisted stretch sessions for just $50 — the perfect opportunity to experience the benefits for yourself!

Join us on April 24th at 5:30pm for a hands-on floral workshop where she’ll share her expertise in creating beautiful bouquets and stunning centerpieces. Her work is truly magical and can transform any table for any occasion!

🌸You’ll leave with your own custom floral arrangement, plus tips and tricks for building the perfect bouquet at home. And of course—the best part—spending time with your barre besties while you create!

It’s an uncomfortable conversation to have, but a necessary one.

We hope you understand why charging for late cancels and no-shows is important for our studio after reading through this post.

No-show charges are already in effect, and late cancellation charges will go into effect starting May 1st.
