Our Fall Somatic Series is back this September 🧘‍♂️

Join Alicia Golden of @ thespacebetween_withalicia on Tuesdays, September 22 - November 10 from 8:15 - 9:15 AM

The Somatic Series is an 8 week exploration into the nervous system with the intention of slowing down, listening and reconnecting with the felt sense of your body, and learning to integrate practices to regulate your experience. It is an interactive group with an emphasis on creating safety and connection within the container of the group. Classes include an educational component combined with movement, breath, imagery, meditation and discussion. Anyone is welcome.

Topics covered: Nervous System Overview, Felt Sense, Orienting, Vagus Nerve & Polyvagal Introduction, Co-Regulation, Resourcing.

A full series pass can be purchased for $160 in the HHY app or online.

We're excited to expand our class offerings with OHY 26&2, now on Thursdays at 9:15 AM with Ashley.

Original Hot Yoga, also known as Bikram Yoga, is a therapeutic practice rooted in the Bishnu Ghosh lineage. This class follows a fixed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to systematically work every muscle, joint, tendon, ligament, organ, and tissue in the body. Practiced in a heated room of approximately 105°F, this beginner-friendly class helps improve strength, flexibility, balance, circulation, focus, and overall well-being. The consistent sequence allows students to measure progress over time while developing body awareness, discipline, and mental resilience.

Expect to sweat, be challenged, and leave feeling grounded, energized, and refreshed. Class is offered at 90 minutes.

Combining hot power yoga and movement principles of our Circuit Bootcamp offering. Yoga postures and breath are used to warm up and cool down the body, as well as, the foundational alignment for when we are moving with weights. Yoga Build utilizes bodyweight + hand weights for additional resistance to build strength. This class is set to upbeat music for a fun, fast paced, workout ending in total body zen. The room is warm so come ready to sweat and feel strong!
