Installation is Easy
You just need 2 ceiling hooks or Gorilla tape to attach 2 strings to your ceiling, which I’ll provide with the discs. Next, tie the discs at the proper distance, and you're done.
It is recommended to place the discs 3 feet apart and 3 feet above your bed, starting at your shoulders for the first disc, with the second disc 3 feet over towards your feet to create a 6-foot bubble.
It’s possible to position the discs 4 feet apart and 3 feet above your bed to create an 8-foot bubble, but this weakens the magnetic field to 7 percent healing based on study results.
