Due to Dr. Mallory’s recent decline in health, he will no longer be seeing patients.
Medical records are in the process of being transferred to a medical records custodianship service and patients will be notified by mail on how to request those.

We are still receiving glasses and contacts and will contact patients to dispense them by appointment. We will also review all recent records and issue refunds accordingly.
