Law Enforcement appreciation day! 🚔 Check out this vintage photo of the Lawrence KS Police Department from back in the day – a true slice of history from a department that's been serving the community since 1867. Starting as a small force in a growing college town (home to the University of Kansas Jayhawks), they've evolved to handle everything from campus safety to modern community policing, always with that Midwestern grit.
