💜 Congratulations to Kat! 💜

We are so excited to share that Kat PASSED her RBT exam yesterday! 💜

Kat has already been such a wonderful addition to CHAPL, and we are incredibly proud of the hard work she put into reaching this milestone!

You’ll be seeing Kat in a little bit of everything around here as she takes on a dual role as a part-time Administrative Assistant AND part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)! 💜

We are so excited to watch her continue to learn, grow, and make a difference for our kiddos and families.

Help us congratulate Kat, RBT on this exciting accomplishment! We’re so glad you’re part of Team CHAPL! 💜

🎉💜 Happy Birthday to our fearless leader, Chelsea! 💜🎉

If you know Chelsea, you know she brings the passion, the determination, the big ideas, and just the right amount of “we’re going to figure this out” energy to CHAPL every single day.

She loves our kids fiercely, advocates for our families, pushes our team to be better, and has played such a huge part in turning the dream of CHAPL into what it is today.

We are so thankful for her leadership, her heart, and everything she pours into CHAPL and the people around her.

Today, we hope she gets to trade the treatment plans, data, and problem-solving for cake, presents, and a little celebrating!

Happy Birthday, Chelsea! We love you and are so thankful you’re ours!
