Beyond Therapy for Kids Part of the Upstream Family, Beyond Therapy for Kids consists of a group of speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists.

Each is uniquely skilled in creating evidence-based therapy interventions that seem like play. The Beyond Therapy for Kids Center in Ridgeland is a full service, outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy clinic for children. 🌟 Mentorship that goes beyond traditional training.

Our Mentorship Program provides extensive support for new graduates and therapists who are new to pediatrics, helping them build confidence, clinical skills, and a strong foundation for their careers.

What makes our program unique? We flip the traditional mentorship model by pairing senior therapists with newer clinicians to create an environment of cross-generational learning and leadership development.

It’s not just about sharing experience. Our mentors gain fresh perspectives on emerging clinical research, evolving workforce expectations, and cultural trends, while newer therapists benefit from the knowledge and expertise of seasoned clinicians.

When we learn from each other, everyone grows. 💙
