I am now teaching private yoga lessons, in my studio here on Lake Wateree! Times are flexible. Donation based lessons. I am trained in Anusara and Kundalini Yoga and Nidra I-rest. I have many years of experience and am currently in my second 200 hours of training. I love the practice and am ready to share more! A few shots of my studio and one of my first private students from the neighborhood! I am also teaching seniors at Still Hopes! So exciting to continue my own growth and share!
